It's a perpex platform set up by divers. When they see dynamo reach the end of the platform, the boat comes to pick him up. As soon as dynamos feet leave the platform they collapse the end section so the boat can do the spin. The platform dynamo walks on is transparent, they can easily see every step from below.
The canoes skim over the platform as they have no displacement.
The divers use rebreathers (no bubbles)
