Una coppia di fratelli era in spiaggia con la loro bimba di 4 anni che stava costruendo un castello di sabbia. Un'altra bimba si unì a lei per giocare.
Chiaccherando come sanno fare i bimbi, questa piccola era contenta di trovarsi li, descrivendo le belle cose che aveva visto, le balene, il cielo e la spiaggia. La piccola Testimone disse che tutte queste le aveva create Geova. L'altra bimba sorpresa chiese chi fosse Geova.
"Geova è il nome di Dio" rispose la piccola testimone.
L'altra bimba rimase un pò in silenzio a pensare e poi chiese: "Se Geova è il nome di Dio, quale è il suo cognome?"
I genitori della piccola Testimone rimasere stupiti dalla domanda, ed erano curiosi di sentire che risposta avrebbe dato la loro bambina.
La piccola Testimone guardò la sua nuova amica e con calma le domandò:"Da dove hai preso il tuo cognome?". La bambina rispose: "Da mio papà."
La piccola Testimone replico: "Siccome Geova non ha il papà non può avere un cognome."
I genitori della piccola Testimone rimasero sorpresi dal logico ragionamento della loro piccola di 4 anni.

Sentita all'assemblea
A brother and sister went to the beach and their little four year old girl was playing on the sand building castles. Then another little girl joined her. They were chatting away as children do and the other little girl was so happy to be there, describing what she saw, the waves, the blue sky and the soft sea sand. The Witness girl then tactfully pointed out that all these wonderful things were created by Jehovah. The other little girl was surprised and asked who Jehovah was. “Jehovah is God’s name”, replied the Witness girl. The other girl was quiet for a while thinking about the information and than she asked: “If God’s name is Jehovah, then what is his surname?” The brother and sister was quite shocked by the question and wondered what their little girl will say. The Witness girl calmly looked at the new friend and asked: “Where did you get your surname from?” The other girl said: “From my dad”. The Witness girl than said: ”Since Jehovah hasn’t got a dad, he hasn’t got a surname!” The parents were chuffed and quite surprised with the logical reasoning of their little four year old!
